Human Resources Internship (2027)

• Talent Acquisition & Internship Program: Support internship hiring and manage engagement activities for our intern batch. The existing internship process includes internship hiring, orientation and engagement activities.
• Talent Acquisition Digitalisation: Support the digitalisation of TA processes, prototyping a CRM tool to strengthen talent pooling. 
• Learning & Capability Building: Support the development and coordination of interview skills training for the company.
• Onboarding Experience: Refresh the Singapore induction materials and support the development of a consistent onboarding experience for new hires. 

Learning outcomes:

• Develop project management skills by working with different stakeholders to coordinate and deliver projects.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, employee experience, learning and HR digitalisation.
• Understand how recruitment and talent initiatives support broader business and people outcomes.
• Develop stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills through working with teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Gain practical experience in using technology and automation to improve HR processes.

You would be best equipped for the role if you have (profile):

• Pursuing a Business degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources.
• IT savvy, with an interest in digitalisation, automation and new technology.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• An excellent communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders and presenting ideas.
• Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership of projects.
