This is a senior management role andwill have c4 direct reports with a total headcount of around x employees through a matrix structure.

Service Management
Â
Own the creation and delivery of technology KPI collation and reporting to Clients and internal governance forums
Represents FNZ in Client Technology forums, owning the service provided and ensuring meaningful articulation of service status and plans to address any issues arising
Provides FNZ leadership in client facing incident and problem management escalations
Â
Production Support
Â
Manages the interface into Global production support teams, ensuring regional outcomes are being achieved.
Owns the review of supply vs demand to ensure funding is in place, and actions are being driven to have all Regional technology platforms under the umbrella of production support
Works closely with production support global leadership to drive culture of continuous improvement in operating model, and the service provided to clients.
Leads the interface to Delivery function to ensure prioritisation of SMT fixes, Root cause Jira’s andperformance/stabilisation activity is being appropriately prioritised
Supports the Major incident management team to ensure incidents areidentified/contained/remediatedÂ

Infrastructure

- Manages the interface into Global infrastructure teams, ensuring regional outcomes are being achieved.
- Owns the review of supply vs demand to ensure funding is in place, and actions are being driven to have all Regional technology platforms are covered by infrastructure
- Works closely with Infrastructure global leadership to drive culture of continuous improvement in operating model, and the service provided to clients.
- Leads the interface to Delivery function to ensure test environments are being maintained and production releases are appropriately dealing with technical debt

Risk and Compliance Management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Own and oversee the process for all infrastructure related compliance and audit activity
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage the risks for theIT infra services where failure could have an adverse impact on the ability of the APMEA business to meet their regulatory and client obligations
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Meet all critical audits, risk and compliance requirements for the Regions relating to their accountabilities.
Project Delivery
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â End to end delivery of APMEA infra, production support or service management projects i.e. run a project from requirements to production with all associated change management, stakeholder management, etc
Supplier Management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Own the relationship of the Regional third party suppliers including matrix management of global suppliers relating to services provided to the Region
Financial Management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Set and deliver infrastructure, product support and service management roadmap.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage the operational and capital expenditure budgets for their teams.
Leadership
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide the technology leadership to the APMEA businesses, including during crisis management events and deputise for the Head of Technology where required.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Detailed understanding of technology infrastructure, service management and product support in a regulated environment.
-        Able to effectively interface with customers as a Deputy to represent FNZ’s through change and incident management processes
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A proven track record in leading the delivery of large scale, complex technology infrastructure changes.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Communicate complex, technical ideas confidently and effectively with a range of stakeholders from both the business and technology
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A strong commercial acumen to understand the business drivers and the impact technical decisions have on the business strategy
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience with managing geographically diverse Teams
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience with delivering resilient, scalable and high availability application products for customers.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Familiar with current and emerging technologies and how to create a robust, practical and modern technology environment.
