Bilingual Japanese Vacations Sales Coordinator (OPC) (Up to $5,000 Incentive* Potential)

Pay: Commission + $16/hr + Training Pay*For the first 10 weeks only <- uncapped earning potential!
 

Schedule:Full Time |typically set days off | 5 days per week | must be flexible to work weekends and holidays | *Subject to business needs

Location: This position is based in Waikiki.

Currently offering up to $5,000 Incentive bonus *Potential

Qualifier:

- 1-2 Years minimum Sales/Marketing Timeshare experience - $2,000 Incentive Bonus

- 3 years minimum Sales/Marketing Timeshare experience - $5,000 Incentive Bonus

Proficiency in Japanese is required. English proficiency is not required.

As a Coordinator Marketing OPC, a typical day will include:  

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locationssuch as shopping malls and airports 

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. 

• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation orpurchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests;anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become a Coordinator Marketing OPC:  

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, andweekends. 

• Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred.  

• Position may require background and drug screening,in accordance with state and local requirements. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 
   

• Proficiency in English & Japanese
