Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Pay Rate: $92.60 per hour, W 2 only 

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Summary:

• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams through waterfall/agile/hybrid project management practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent, high visibility projects across various business units or teams.
• Focus on adapting project delivery approaches to balance agility and predictability.

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage IT projects supporting Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Systems & Operations, and Insights, Data Engineering & Analytics.
• Develop and manage project scope and schedule with a focus on timely delivery of value.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings; manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Build and manage project schedules based on defined scope and resource constraints.
• Gather and provide project level estimates and reporting (Status, Risks/Issues, Leadership Escalations).
• Facilitate work across multiple technical teams, business units, 3rd party vendors/partners, and other projects as needed.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Information Technology Project Management experience.
• Solid understanding of waterfall/agile/hybrid project management principles and practices.
• Ability to evaluate project risks and issues accurately and objectively.
• Strong relationship management skills in a highly matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
• Agile certifications such as PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications are helpful.
