Senior SME / Infrastructure Lead – Windows, Networking & AWS

We are hiring aSenior SME / Infrastructure Lead with strong expertise inWindows Infrastructure, Networking, and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure design, migration, modernization, troubleshooting, and operational support while working closely with Architects and Infrastructure Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, and server administration.
• Administer AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, and CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Lead infrastructure migration, cloud transformation, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, network, and application teams to design scalable solutions.
• Drive RCA, vulnerability remediation, operational governance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop automation scripts, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Networking, and AWS Cloud.
• Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, security compliance, backup & recovery, and ITSM processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
