Job Description:
  • The primary responsibility of an Onsite IT Project Launch PM is to oversee the Client Location project launch activities from start to finish.
  • The party will be the onsite Client Location Point of Contact reporting to Client Location management. The Client Location Project Launch PM will be responsible for coordination with various teams launching network, hardware and Client Location related functions in tangent with New Site Launch activities.
  • The candidate should possess skills and knowledge of LAN design and implement plant wide local area network infrastructures for the Client Group plants in North America.
  • Onsite Client Location launch PM will be responsible to adhere to all related policies and procedures related to the project, conform to budgets, schedules and scope of the project.
  • Client Location Onsite Launch PM will be required to facilitate onsite meetings related to Client Location project launch requirements, scope and work deliverables.
  • The Party will be responsible in compiling project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, and identifies and resolves system requirements / technical problems.
  • Party relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate Client Project Manager.
  • Candidate responsible for maintaining, developing and revising plan tasks related to all Client Location launch activities related to systems, network, hardware launch installation. Candidate will be responsible to manage project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately (presentation, reports, statistical tables).
  • The candidate should possess skills and knowledge of Client network infrastructure, hardware used, resources needed to reach targets. The candidate will be responsible to communicate, address and manage risk and issues.
Candidate is expected to travel for this role:
  • Candidate should have a general understanding of New Site Launches, required network infrastructures installation fundamentals, hardware and technology deployments.
  • Candidate must possess strong people and collaboration skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a problem solver and customer focused.
  • PMP certification required
