Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineer to develop and automate an enterprise private cloud platform. The candidate will be responsible for building reusable infrastructure automation, provisioning workflows, and integrations using Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and ServiceNow.

The role requires strong hands-on engineering skills and experience automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Build reusable automation for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Develop Python scripts and REST API integrations for infrastructure automation.
• Implement Git, GitOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Develop ServiceNow integrations involving Service Catalog, Flow Designer, CMDB, and Change Management.
• Automate VM and Kubernetes provisioning workflows.
• Implement RBAC and configuration management automation.
• Develop configuration drift detection and automated remediation solutions.
• Integrate infrastructure services with Dynatrace and other monitoring platforms.
• Automate monitoring enrollment, alerting, event processing, and operational workflows.
• Develop CMDB/DCIM integrations for infrastructure discovery, inventory synchronization, and asset registration.
• Support Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and Day-0, Day-1, Day-2, and Day-N infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with architects and platform developers to deliver production-ready automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and continuously improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflow automation.
• Experience automating VM and/or Kubernetes provisioning.
• Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle management and configuration management.
• Experience with CMDB, inventory, or asset-management integrations.
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and operational automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace APIs and monitoring automation.
• ServiceNow Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and CMDB integrations.
• DCIM platforms and inventory synchronization.
• Configuration drift detection and automated remediation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure automation engineer capable of translating technical architecture into scalable, reusable, and production-ready automation. Strong expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, and ServiceNow integrations is essential.
