Job Description:
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Test Data Management (TDM) professional with8 to 15 years of proven experience in Test Data Management, including7+ years in TDM, with strong expertise inBroadcom CA TDM and Javelin.
- The role requires strong hands-on experience in enterprise Test Data Management, including data provisioning, data masking, synthetic data generation, data virtualization, self-service provisioning, data cloning, workflow automation, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- 8 to 15 years of proven experience in Test Data Management (TDM), with7+ years in Test Data Management, and strong expertise inBroadcom CA TDM and Javelin.
- Extensive hands-on experience withBroadcom TDM, including:
- TDM Portal for project creation, data modeling, data masking, data generation, and self-service design.
- Fast Data Masker, including advanced masking techniques for data desensitization.
- Data Maker.
- Data Subsetting.
- Javelin workflow design to streamline test data provisioning.
- Proven experience withdata virtualization and self-service test data provisioning, including:
- Using data virtualization to optimize test data provisioning and management.
- Configuring and managing self-service portals and data cloning capabilities.
- Automating test data workflows throughREST APIs and integrating them withCI/CD pipelines.
- Implementing TDM solutions to improve test data availability, compliance, and scalability.
- Skilled in designing and implementingenterprise-level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including:
- Data provisioning.
- Data masking.
- Synthetic data generation.
- Compliance with data privacy regulations such asGDPR and HIPAA.
- Experience with diverse structured data sources, including:
- Oracle.
- SQL Server.
- MySQL.
- Teradata.
- DB2.
- MongoDB.
- Cloud storage systems.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases and the ability to handle bothstructured and unstructured data sources.
- Working knowledge of unstructured data sources, includingapplication server logs and monitoring tools.
- Strong database fundamentals, includingdata modeling, query tuning, and validation to support test data processes.
- Skilled insynthetic data generation and data masking/obfuscation techniques to protect sensitive information.
- Ability to manage theend-to-end test data lifecycle, from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continuously improve TDM processes.
- Proven experience designing and implementing TDM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience integrating TDM solutions withinAgile and DevOps frameworks, including:
- Automation.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Data pipelines.
- Experience automating test data workflows throughREST APIs.
- Experience integrating data provisioning with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity withdata quality.
- Experience withETL/ELT processes.
- Experience withdata profiling.
- Familiarity withcontainerization technologies, such as Docker, is a plus.
- Ability to work with both relational and non-relational databases and structured and unstructured data sources.
- Strong analytical and solution-architecture skills to support scalable and efficient TDM processes.
