Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce development and enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 10 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex development and customization.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog refinement, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.
• Salesforce Certifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and production implementation.
