Qualifications: Extensive experience in data analytics, including advanced proficiency in Power BI, leveraging curated enterprise data models, and applying deep Revenue Cycle expertise to partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.

Schedule:Monday-Friday, between 7:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Remote - reside in MO, IL, OK, or WI

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs routine informatics analysis using existing procedures.
• Uses existing databases, data collection systems, analytics, reports and other strategies to perform analytics and prepare reports.  Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends using statistical techniques and provides ongoing support.
• Provides ongoing data analysis and data management throughout the entire request life cycle:  defines reporting needs; develops queries or programs to acquire the data from primary or secondary data sources; analyzes, identifies and visualizes the trends or patterns in the complex data sets; validates the accuracy of the data and maintains detailed change control.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, implements, maintains and follows methodologies to prepare data in a variety of formats that enable the customer to understand the results.
• Architect solutions that maximize automation and reduce future maintenance.
• Uses reporting and analytical packages to prepare reports. Performs queries, writes reports and presents findings, while managing customer expectations and the timeliness of deliverables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree

• Three years’ experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
