Job Description – ETL Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedETL Developer with6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inInformatica PowerCenter, Oracle (SQL/PL/SQL), and Tableau, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle.
  • Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data quality across ETL processes.
  • Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize workflow performance.
  • Develop and support Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ETL mappings, workflows, and data flows.
  • Follow best practices for ETL development, performance tuning, and change management.
