Job description :
Key Responsibilities
- MonitorETL workflows, sessions, and batches developed usingInformatica PowerCenter.
- ProvideL1/L2/L3 production support for data integration jobs.
- Investigate and resolvejob failures, data issues, and performance problems.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot failures in ETL workflows.
- Work with databases such asOracle Database,Microsoft SQL Server, orMySQL.
- Performroot cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
- Handleincident management, problem management, and change requests.
- Coordinate withdevelopment teams, business users, and DBAs to resolve issues.
- Implementenhancements and minor code fixes in ETL mappings and workflows.
- EnsureSLA adherence and proper documentation of issues and solutions
Required Skills
- Strong experience withInformatica PowerCenter (Mappings, Workflows, Sessions).
- Good knowledge ofETL concepts and data warehousing.
- StrongSQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with databases likeOracle Database orMicrosoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge ofUnix/Linux commands.
- Familiarity withjob scheduling tools likeControl-M.
- Understanding ofincident management tools likeServiceNow.
