WMS Opportunity & Demo Preparation

Objective: Align on customer requirements, WMS process flow, integration needs, and responsibilities for the upcoming partner demo.

Key Discussion Points

• Opportunity: WMS implementation for a pizza chain in Vietnam, with a local partner supporting Vietnamese-language communication. Partner demo to be completed before the end-customer presentation.

• WMS Scope: Focus on warehouse and inventory management. Demand planning is currently not in the immediate scope. Packaging unit management requires further validation.

• Business Process: Warehouse will manage raw materials and semi-finished products supporting approximately 39 stores. B2C/end-customer order management is outside the current WMS scope.

• Integration: SAP ERP integration is critical, particularly for Item Master synchronization. PO and ASN integration will also be required. Infor ION is expected to support integration and data transformation.

• Inbound Process: PO/ASN → Receiving → Quality Check → Put-away → Inventory Update. QC is particularly important due to the perishable nature of the products.

• Outbound Process: Store orders → Picking → Packing → Shipping to stores.
