Role Overview
The Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical solutions by leveraging Infor LN CloudSuite (Sales, Operations, Logistics), Power BI, data engineering practices, and strong communication skills. This role involves gathering requirements, designing data workflows, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. A basic understanding of project management principles is essential to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Identify KPIs and define data sources for reporting needs.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics and ERP solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Infor LN CloudSuite modules (Sales, Operations, Logistics).
- Support configuration and optimization of Sales (Quote-to-Cash), Operations, and Logistics workflows within Infor LN CloudSuite.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure ERP processes align with business objectives.
- Assist in testing and validating ERP enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources, including ERP and CRM systems.
- Support project planning, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
