Influencer Marketing Associate (On-site – Bengaluru)

We are looking for anInfluencer Marketing Associate to identify and onboard emerging creators across fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture. This is afull-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you'll work closely with our team to build meaningful relationships with creators and help them join our platform for collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 🌟

• Discover and reach out to content creators, influencers, and digital talent across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Identify and onboard new creators to our platform and creator network.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators.

• Maintain an up-to-date creator database, including audience insights, niche, engagement, and performance metrics.

• Coordinate with creators, brands, and internal teams to execute campaigns and collaborations.

• Ensure creators understand campaign guidelines, timelines, and deliverables.

• Track creator performance and campaign engagement metrics.

• Stay ahead of trends by identifying emerging creators across fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture.

Requirements 🎯

• 1–3 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media.

• Strong understanding of creator platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Passion for fashion, culture, music, and the creator economy.

• Ability to identify promising and emerging creators early.

• Willingness to workon-site from our Bengaluru office.
