Application Support (Linux & OpenShift)

We are looking for anApplication Supportto join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer and troubleshoot tools used in theapplication deployment process
• Ensurefast, automatic and reliable deployments in pre-production, production, experimental and disaster recovery environments
• Solve issues related toapplication servers and deployments
• Implement and maintaindeployment automation processes
• Manage and administerJava application platforms (WebLogic, GlassFish, SOA/BPM, OSB, BAM, OIM, UCM)
• Work with large environments (200+ servers) across production and non-production
• Manageincidents, problems and service requests
• Ensureservice availability and compliance withSLAs
• Participate in ongoing projects
• Perform monitoring, performance analysis and reporting
• Prepare and updatetechnical documentation and procedures
• Knowledge transfer to public-sector teams
• Participate in control and operations center activities

• Experience (3+ years) with: Linux / Unix systems
  • Containers and platforms: OpenShift, Docker
  • Automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins
  • Java-based application servers
• Scripting knowledge:Python and Shell Script
• Experience with deployment pipelines and automation
• Team player mindset
• Portuguese required and English (written and spoken)

• Location: Oeiras – Tagus Park
• Hybrid model: 1–2 days per week 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• On-call duty: Yes
