Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Painter who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and maintaining a safe work environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and paint steel, aluminum, machinery, equipment, and large industrial structures.

• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and apply finishes using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers.

• Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage, coating thickness, consistency, and finish quality.

• Clean and maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas.

• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and ventilation when working with paints and chemicals.

• Organize work areas, prioritize projects, and work with team members to meet project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Industrial painting experience preferred.

• Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques.

• Ability to operate and maintain painting tools and spray equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Understanding of workplace safety practices and proper use of protective equipment.

• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
