Shift: 3rd Shift M-F 2:00 Am to 10:30 Am
Base Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to established schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify equipment failures.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, including motors, sensors, switches, relays, and control circuits.
- Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other production equipment.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and start-ups.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance calls.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and equipment conditions in the maintenance system.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area.
- Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs effectively with Production, Engineering, Safety, and Management.
- Assist with training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I employees and other personnel as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification, vocational training, or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Typically, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $26.50 per hour to $28.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
