Role Overview

Mobilelink is seeking a motivated, results-drivenWarehouse Leasing Agent (Industrial Flex) to manage our portfolio of industrial flex spaces and warehouse properties. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective commercial tenants, guiding them from initial inquiry through lease execution. You will combine strong sales acumen with commercial real estate knowledge to match business clients with the ideal warehouse and flex space solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Tour Operations: Proactively canvass local businesses and tenants to identify potential relocation opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and develop comprehensive expertise in commercial real estate leasing, market trends, and tenant needs Respond to inbound commercial and industrial inquiries, conduct property tours, and effectively showcase the features and benefits of available warehouse and flex units.

• Tenant Screening & Qualification: Evaluate prospective tenants by reviewing business credentials, financial stability, and intended space use to ensure compliance with zoning and property guidelines.

• Negotiation & Closing: Lead lease negotiations regarding terms, tenant improvements, rates, and occupancy timelines to drive high occupancy and retention rates.

• Documentation & Administration: Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and addenda, ensuring all paperwork aligns with corporate policies and local real estate laws.

• Market Research: Maintain a pulse on local industrial real estate trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy metrics to provide strategic leasing insights.

• Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with local business owners, brokers, and commercial tenants to encourage renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in commercial leasing, industrial property management, B2B sales, or corporate real estate.

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial leasing structures, industrial flex space concepts, and standard real estate contracts.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills with a confident, professional demeanor.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and property management or CRM software.

• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to conduct on-site property walkthroughs.
