Pay Range: $39.42/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects
  • Become an expert inProgrammable Logic Controllers (PLCs) integration and troubleshooting for complex automated systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions
  • Supervise a small team of 2 to 3 and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience in systems or industrial engineering
  • Mastery of knowledge inequipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) -Required
  • Associate's or technical degree in automation (Industrial Controls, Robotics, or related field) -Nice to have
  • Experience withAllen Bradley CompactLogix PLC -Nice to have
  • Experience inSQL and Databases -Nice to have
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies -Nice to have
  • Excellent problem-solving capability -Nice to have
