Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Process Control Systems Analyst (PCSA) for our client in Elk Grove, CA 95758. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Process Control Systems Analyst (PCSA)
Location: Elk Grove, CA 95758
Duration: 1 year, potentially extendable
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer, maintain, and operate DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve database, hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Configure database parameters for DCS/SCADA/PLC systems.
  • Maintain backup and archive retrieval systems.
  • Troubleshoot industrial control and networked environments.
  • Support Windows patch management, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Maintain asset inventories and document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Track assigned work through a CMMS.
  • Support OT networks, servers, workstations, and LAN environments.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Programming/Networking, or Industrial Automation OR 4 years of full-time experience administering, operating, or maintaining DCS, SCADA, or PLC systems.
  • Experience with industrial control systems and OT hardware/software/network architecture.
  • Experience with industrial network configurations and relevant IEEE communication protocols.
  • Server, Windows workstation, and LAN administration experience.
  • Technical documentation and asset/inventory tracking skills.
  • Familiarity with virtualization, enterprise cybersecurity, and PowerShell.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite; no telework is permitted.
