Indirect Operations Buyer

The service center buyer is the main contact for indirect purchasing with stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic buyers, he/she is responsible for negotiating the best commercial agreements with suppliers of indirect material, supported by Autoliv´s policies and code of ethics, the operational buyer solve problems and look for savings opportunities and participate actively to find VEVA opportunities to improve cost and process, as well to become a trusted advisor for the stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

•Develop local suppliers in relation to risk, quality, and cost.

•Negotiate local and better commercial agreements.

•Generate and manage POs in Autoliv system.

•Monitor the performance of the suppliers.

•Implement contracts agreements and new processes.

•Main contact for indirect purchasing department with the facility.

•Advice internal stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle.

•Work in close collaboration with global category managers as well end users and global teams

What is required:

•International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management Degree

• Advanced English skills is a must

•2+ years of Purchasing experience

• Functional competencies:Negotiation, Project management, Leadership to coordinate projects between suppliers, stakeholders, and strategic buyers, Communication

•ERP knowledge, JDE

•Information analysis
