India Immersion Program Educator

Leapstart is looking for an engaging educator to lead our Saturday India Immersion Program for students in Grades 3-8. This role brings India to life through age-appropriate language, stories, geography, history, science, arts, yoga, traditions, and thoughtful discussion. The ideal candidate can create a welcoming space where students build cultural understanding, confidence, curiosity, and a meaningful connection to India.

Requirements:

• Experience teaching or leading activities for students in Grades 3-8
• Strong knowledge of Indian culture, history, traditions, or languages
• Ability to make complex topics engaging and age-appropriate
• Comfort leading discussion, storytelling, creative activities, and movement
• Warm, inclusive communication with children and families
• Background and fingerprinting check required

Saturdays - 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
