Barista

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker’s, Somewhere, Public, Soil, Shalwa and Kumo.

We’re looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exceptional coffee beverages espresso pulling, coffee brewing.
• Must be skilled at Latte Art - minimum 3 designs with precision.  
• Calibrate manual machines to maintain consistent quality.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in high-volume environment.
• Passion for coffee, creativity, and teamwork.
