Incyte Veeva CTMS Migration - BPE Roles

Location - Pan India

1. Serve as the functional training SME forVeeva Vault PromoMats and related commercial-content processes.

2. Develop role-based training materials, including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, quick-reference guides, exercises, and assessments.

3. Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training for content creators, reviewers, approvers, administrators, agencies, and support teams.

4. Train users on document creation, metadata, version control, annotations, content lifecycles, and Medical-Legal-Regulatory review and approval workflows.

5. Develop and execute train-the-trainer programs to enable regional and functional trainers.

6. Work with business, compliance, change, and technology teams to ensure training reflects the approved process and configured system.

7. Support training-environment validation, pilot sessions, deployment readiness, go-live, user clinics, and hypercare.

8. Maintain training materials in line with system releases, process changes, compliance requirements, and document-control standards.

9. Track training completion, learner feedback, assessment results, user adoption, and training-related support issues.

10. Bring strong life sciences experience, Veeva PromoMats knowledge, MLR-process understanding, and excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
