Introduction

Lead the end-to-end Incident Management function for a large, complex, business-critical enterprise environment. Provide leadership and command during high-urgency incidents, ensuring the appropriate technical and business teams are engaged and actions are driven through to resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Canada and eligible to obtain/hold Canadian Security Clearance – Minimum Reliability.
• 8–10 years of dedicated Incident Management experience.
• Significant experience leading high-urgency/major incidents in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing incidents affecting high-availability and business-critical systems.
• Fluent/Bilingual in both French and English.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft.
• PeopleSoft experience within a large-scale payroll, ERP, or similarly complex transactional environment.
• ITIL Service Management certification, preferably ITIL 4.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and command high-urgency/business-critical incidents from initial detection through service restoration, establishing ownership, priorities, escalation paths, recovery plans, and decision points.
• Lead incident bridges and coordinate application, infrastructure, database, middleware, network, security, vendors, and business teams while providing clear and timely executive communications.
• Conduct PIR/RCA activities, identify root causes and service weaknesses, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement to prevent recurring incidents.
