Position Overview
All Hands Consulting is seeking experiencedIncident Management Team (IMT) professionals to join ourResponse Cadre, a roster of deployable emergency management specialists available to support clients during active disasters and major incidents.
Response Cadre members may be deployed to supportEmergency Operations Centers (EOCs), Incident Command Posts (ICPs), and crisis management teams during disaster response, recovery operations, and major planned events.
This is adeployment-based consulting role, ideal for experienced emergency management professionals who want to support real-world disaster operations on an as-needed basis.
Candidates will be placed on aqualified roster for rapid deployment opportunities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Deployment responsibilities may include:
Support incident operations usingNational Incident Management System (NIMS) andIncident Command System (ICS) frameworks.
Assist in the activation and operation ofEmergency Operations Centers (EOCs).
Supportincident coordination, operational planning, and situational awareness activities.
Develop or supportIncident Action Plans (IAPs) and operational period briefings.
Coordinate withEmergency Support Functions (ESFs), partner agencies, and operational stakeholders.
Track and manageresources, personnel, and operational priorities during incident operations.
Assist clients in establishing or strengtheningincident management structures.
Support operational documentation includingSITREPs, status boards, and situation updates.
Contribute toafter-action reviews and operational improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
Required
7+ years of professional experience in emergency management, disaster response, public safety, homeland security, or a related field.
Experience working within anEmergency Operations Center (EOC) orIncident Management Team (IMT).
Strong understanding ofICS/NIMS incident management principles.
Ability to operate inhigh-tempo operational environments during disasters or complex incidents.
ICS-300 and ICS-400 training completed.
All-Hazards Position Specific Training for ICS positions.
CompletedPosition Task Books (PTB).
Experience supportingstate, local, tribal, territorial, or private sector incident operations.
Experience supportingdisaster recovery or continuity operations.
Deployment Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
Deploy within12β72 hours of notification.
Remain deployed forup to 30 days depending on operational needs.
Work12-hour operational shifts during incident response.
Travel to incident locationsanywhere within the United States or internationally.
Operate inEOCs, field environments, or temporary operational facilities.

Professional experience and certifications
Client contract requirements
Operational tempo and mission duration
Travel expenses and per diem may be provided based on assignment.
