Ensure all incidents meet SLAs and provide timely stakeholder updates.Required Technical Skills: Systems: Windows & Linux environments. Databases: Oracle & Sybase. Monitoring: AppDynamics| Splunk| CloudWatch| or Vunet. ITSM Tools: ManageEngine or ServiceNow.Preferred: AppDynamics experience is a significant advantage. ITIL Foundation certification is desirable
