Description:
Client is seeking an Inbound Fraud Representative to assist customers with potential fraud concerns. The role involves reviewing accounts, researching customer issues, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to potential fraud issues.
- Review customer accounts, investigate concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate clearly and build positive customer relationships.
- Identify problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free remote work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 24 months of customer service experience or equivalent military experience.
- Must reside within 60 miles of Charlotte, NC, for in-person training and occasional onsite activities.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Availability to work evening hours and at least one weekend day.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and provide fingerprints.
- Must meet Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ months of banking or financial industry experience.
- 12+ months of virtual work experience.
- 12+ months of call center experience.
- Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and accept coaching.
