You’ll start at$22.50/hour plus a$1.25/hour shift differential for night shift, with training and opportunities to move intohigher‑paying roles and potentially transition today shift as openings come up. This is afull‑time, year‑round position on a12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4:00 pm–4:00 am or4:00 am to 4:00 pm), which means you getFriday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week. You’ll work indoors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability.

Position Overview:

Primary responsibilities include maintaining, cleaning and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.).   Other duties include but are not limited to screening final product to ensure there is no foreign material, creating appropriate documentation; operation of extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment; and performing quality tests.

What We’re Looking For?

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP’s and Operating guidelines and rules.
• Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12-hour shift and assist on other shifts as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
