In-House Legal Counsel – Real Estate & Leasing
3 days/week OR full-time
$140K–$165K
The Opportunity
Join a well-established, privately owned real estate group with decades of success and a 60+ property portfolio across the GTA and southwestern Ontario.
You’ll step into a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting leasing, tenant matters, and day-to-day legal operations - working closely with ownership in a low-bureaucracy environment!
What you’ll be doing
• Commercial leasing (drafting, renewals, enforcement)
• Landlord-tenant advisory
• Disputes, claims & external counsel coordination
• Acquisitions & general legal support
What they’re looking for
• LL.B./J.D. + LSO member in good standing
• 10+ years’ experience (real estate/leasing ideal)
• Practical, business-minded approach
