Location: Marlton, NJ (Greentree Area location)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

What Action Plumbing Needs From You:

• Answering phones and emails
• Inputting new work orders into the system for dispatch
• Communicating with customers to answer questions and provide job statuses
• Working with all departments
• Data entry

Qualifications:

• Organization, strong multitasking skills, and a quick learner
• Dependable, friendly, and confident individual
• Detail-oriented and excellent memory
• Strong decision-maker
• Past customer service experience preferred

Action Plumbing determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $22 to $25/hr.  Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
