What you’ll be doing
As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Implementation Specialist role covers both Retail & Pharmacy nationwide, across the full estate. The role provides business resilience and continuity. Your expertise will help us enhance our processes and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting Stores with delivery of Projects & Changes, and be the main point of contact
  • Provide regular reports & feedback to key stakeholders
  • Support stores with readiness and strategic plans
  • Champion what is being delivered and be the role model of what good looks like
  • Ensure training and processes are adopted and trained to ensure correct execution first time. 

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Store Leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager Level)
  • Self-motivated to be able to work independently
  • Outstanding Time Management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable in delivering training and holding store to account.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Systems

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Knowledge of operational best practices
  • A background in retail or customer service environments
