Our goal is to help Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.

About this Role:

GoodRx is seeking an Implementation Manager - Data Solutions to join our Pharma Direct team. This role will sit at the intersection of program management, client implementation, and technical execution, with a focus on bringing complex data feeds to life for pharmaceutical and media agency partners.

The ideal candidate brings strong pharmacy claims-level data expertise and hands-on experience working with claims data, with the ability to understand how claims data is sourced, structured, analyzed, and translated into external-facing products and programs. They will also work with physician-level data (PLD) and should be comfortable understanding how provider-level data is structured, matched, and leveraged. They are equally comfortable driving discovery for technical requirements, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and gathering the technical details needed to launch and scale data integrations.

They bring a strong mix of pharmacy claims and physician-level data fluency, program leadership, technical acumen, and strategic prioritization, and can translate business needs into organized data execution plans across Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Client Success, and Sales teams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building structure in ambiguous environments, driving launches from kickoff through go-live, and improving how teams deliver complex data solutions at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end launches of pharmacy claims-level and physician-level data (PLD) integrations, from initial requirements through testing, go-live, and handoff, for pharmaceutical manufacturers and media agency partners
  • Apply strong claims data expertise to understand data sources, structures, specifications, matching, business rules, and downstream use cases, translating complex data requirements into clear implementation plans
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Client Success, and Sales to translate business and client needs into scalable, high-quality data solutions
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, keeping data feed execution aligned, dependencies visible, decisions documented, and launches moving forward
  • Triage and drive resolution of high-priority or urgent data issues, coordinating across Client Success, Product, Data Engineering, Data Analytics and external partners to assess impact, determine next steps, and communicate status
  • Balance standardized data specifications and scalable processes with custom client requirements, helping the organization deliver tailored solutions without sacrificing data quality or operational discipline
  • Coordinate data-sharing requirements and contractual workflows across internal and external Legal, Privacy, and Data Security partners to ensure appropriate agreements and approvals are in place to provision data between parties
  • Drive continuous process improvements, documentation, templates and best practices that reduce time to launch feeds
  • Triage contractual agreements between internal and external Legal partners to provision data sharing between parties
  • Create visual examples, workflows, or launch artifacts when needed to support stakeholder alignment and implementation clarity
  • Partner with post-launch teams to ensure smooth handoff, reinforce KPIs, and support ongoing data optimization where needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong pharmacy claims-level data expertise, with professional experience working with pharmacy claims data in areas such as pharmacy workflows, claim adjudication, patient affordability, access programs, or healthcare analytics
  • Experience working with physician-level data (PLD)
  • 3 - 5+ years of professional experience in technical project/program management, implementation, technical operations, or a similar role
  • Experience leading external-facing technical implementations, data integrations, or client-facing data solutions from requirements through launch
  • Ability to translate business and client goals into clear technical requirements, data specifications, workflows, and execution plans
  • Familiarity with technical concepts including data integration protocols (SFTP, S3), encryption, data transfers, file specifications, and integration testing
  • Strong understanding of how to interpret and communicate data requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and partner with technical teams to drive resolution
  • Strong project management skills, including milestone planning, dependency and risk management, issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently drive work in an ambiguous environment while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, TaskRay, and Google Workspace
