We support companies within eCommerce and Transportation and have another vertical in incubator stages. Our software talks to millions of people weekly and has helped 200M+ callers so far.

About the Role

If you take “no” for an answer or can walk away from an unsolved problem without losing sleep, don’t apply for this role. This position is for someone who thrives on solving the hardest integration challenges—problems others call impossible—and finds creative ways to make them work.

As an Implementations Engineer, you’ll own the success of our most complex implementations. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to design and execute seamless integrations for enterprise customers while building scalable processes for the future. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where technical expertise, persistence, and creativity are key to success.

What You’ll Do

• Own enterprise implementations end-to-end, solving high-stakes technical challenges

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to translate customer needs into actionable solutions

• Lead complex integrations, leveraging APIs, middleware, and customer systems.

• Act as a player-coach, executing key projects while mentoring and building scalable processes.

• Provide technical expertise to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP)

• Problem-Solving Mindset: A hacker’s approach to making the “impossible” possible and finding creative solutions

• Customer Collaboration: Proven ability to simplify and execute complex technical solutions for enterprise customers

• Leadership Potential: Experience mentoring others while staying hands-on and delivering results

• 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar roles
