About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the successful deployment and adoption of our client's SaaS platform. This role will guide clients through implementation activities, including system configuration, setup, data migration, and user training, ensuring solutions align with their business requirements and operational needs.

Working closely with clients and internal teams, the Implementation Consultant will help translate business requirements into practical system solutions, manage implementation timelines, troubleshoot challenges, and support a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing use. This is an opportunity for a client-focused professional to contribute to successful project delivery while continuing to develop their technical and consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS implementation projects from initial planning through deployment and post-launch transition.
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements, existing workflows, and implementation objectives.
• Configure and set up systems to meet client needs, identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, and quality checks to support accurate and reliable system imports.
• Collaborate with technical team members to resolve implementation challenges, troubleshoot issues, and address system configuration needs.
• Develop and deliver client training sessions, documentation, and guidance to support user adoption and effective platform utilization.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies, communicating progress and potential challenges proactively.
• Manage client relationships throughout implementation, balancing competing priorities and maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm system readiness before launch.
• Partner with Customer Success to facilitate post-launch handoffs and ensure clients are prepared for ongoing platform use.
• Collaborate with Sales during the pre-sales process as needed to clarify implementation requirements, timelines, and scope.
• Share client feedback, recurring implementation challenges, and potential product improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to internal documentation, implementation best practices, and process improvement initiatives.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SaaS implementation or professional services experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and data management principles.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable technical requirements.
• Familiarity with data migration, data validation, system configuration, and implementation testing.
• Proficiency with project management, CRM, issue-tracking, or implementation tools such as Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing client relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Ability to identify workflow challenges and recommend practical process improvements aligned with client needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues and collaborate with technical teams on solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and user adoption.
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
