- Direct experience supporting investment accounting / ABOR implementations
- Strong knowledge of accounting data domains including holdings, transactions, cash, positions, NAV, general ledger, corporate actions, and security master data
- Experience with client implementations, requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, issue triage, and go-live readiness activities
- Ability to work directly with clients, operations teams, and technology teams to drive analysis and delivery
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience with Snowflake, data warehousing, ETL/data integration, and reconciliation processes is highly desirable
- Knowledge of APAC investment operations and Australian market practices would be a significant advantage
Activities I am expecting them to do
- Hands on analysis and validation of ABOR requirements
- Data mapping and reconciliation
- BUAT and CUAT testing coordination and execution
- Defect triage and resolution support
- Operational readiness and knowledge transfer activities leading into go-live
