Medical Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Medical Assistant to support a healthcare practice with the preparation of chiropractic reports according to the doctor's requirements.

This is a freelance opportunity open exclusively to candidates located inLatin America (LATAM).

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare chiropractic reports based on the doctor's instructions and requirements.

• Ensure reports are accurate, complete, well-organized, and professionally written.

• Review information carefully and incorporate the required medical terminology and clinical details.

• Follow established guidelines, templates, and documentation standards.

• Make revisions or updates to reports as requested by the doctor.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling patient and medical information.

• Adapt to the practice's processes, tools, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

• Easily trainable and willing to learn new processes and systems.

• Adaptable and able to follow specific instructions and feedback.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred.
