We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is key in evaluating new cases, gathering critical information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while delivering an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients and gather relevant information to assess case eligibility.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert prospects into clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed notes, updating lead status in the system as needed.
Obtain all necessary signed documentation to successfully retain clients.
Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Direct prospective clients to the appropriate resources and manage urgent matters efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks to support daily firm operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous intake experience or experience working in a law firm.
Ability to handle and analyze multiple intake calls daily.
Strong understanding of intake processes with a client-focused and empathetic approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
High attention to detail and strong writing skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
Experience with FileVine or other legal case management software is a plus.
Interest in personal injury law and a strong desire to support clients during challenging situations.
