Fractional iMIS Database Director / Data Operations Lead (Remote | Part-Time)
We are seeking an experiencediMIS Database Director / Data Operations Lead for a long-term fractional engagement supporting a mission-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on iMIS administration and data operations.Engagement Details
- Part-time: 10–15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the iMIS platform
- Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements, data governance, and platform optimization
- Manage hands-on iMIS operations including:
- IQA queries, reports, and dashboards
- Data imports, cleanup, and mass updates
- Duplicate management and data integrity issues
- Configuration of panels, workflows, business objects, and security
- Maintain executive and operational reporting accuracy
- Support staff training and improve adoption of system best practices
- Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and integrated systems teams
- Assist with upgrades, testing, integrations, and ongoing system improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of database management experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on iMIS experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- iMIS EMS
- IQA
- RiSE / iMIS Web CMS
- SQL
- Experience with reporting, data governance, and system administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and API integrations
- Association, nonprofit, or membership organization experience
- Experience with Finance enSync or related financial systems
