Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Imaging Assistant to support high-volume document scanning operations. This position will operate an IBML high-speed scanning machine, prepare documents for scanning, monitor production, and perform quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed document scanning equipment.

• Prepare documents by sorting, batching, removing staples/clips, and organizing pages.

• Load and feed documents into scanning equipment.

• Monitor scanning production and resolve basic jams or misfeeds.

• Perform quality checks to ensure documents are scanned accurately and completely.

• Maintain batch counts and basic production records.

• Handle confidential and sensitive documents appropriately.

• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous document scanning, imaging, mailroom, print production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.

• Experience with IBML or high-speed scanning equipment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Basic computer skills.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods.
