Your Day-to-Day

• Source KOLs, real users, and probandus based on content and campaign needs.
• Conduct talent outreach and manage initial communication and coordination.
• Screen and shortlist potential talents based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate talent schedules and support content production logistics.
• Maintain an organized talent database and update sourcing records.
• Monitor social media and beauty trends to identify relevant talent and content opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends.
• Interest in the beauty industry and familiarity with beauty-related content is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for talent outreach.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented in managing multiple tasks.
