Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead for a remote contract role based in the Charlotte, NC area.
The position involves leading a development team for a cloud-based ERP implementation across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud technologies and ERP systems, particularly within manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development team and oversee technical delivery for cloud ERP implementation.
Collaborate with architects and consultants to translate designs into technical solutions.
Provide hands-on support with development, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Manage technical testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
Coordinate technical work among developers, consultants, and partners.
Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based ERP systems, including development and integration.
Proven track record of leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
Strong background in manufacturing ERP environments.
Experience with technical testing management and support through go-live phases.
Understanding of ERP data migration processes and activities.
