Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead and manage theQuality Control (QC) laboratory, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and resource allocation
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improvequality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Define and implementsampling plans, testing methods, and laboratory protocols for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
  • Direct QC testing activities and ensure accurate, timelyanalysis, documentation, and reporting of results
  • Ensure compliance withGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements across all laboratory and production support activities
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams todefine and maintain quality standards and resolve quality-related issues
  • LeadRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality and food safety events
  • Overseefood safety programs, including environmental monitoring, facility inspections, and issue mitigation (e.g., facility breaches, contamination risks)
  • Leadcustomer audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and successful outcomes

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree inChemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or laboratory management withinfood, beverage, or chemical manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated experience managingQC laboratories, teams, and testing programs
  • Experience withSafe Quality Food (SQF) audits and certification processes
  • Strong knowledge ofquality control methodologies, laboratory testing methods, and GMP requirements
  • Experience leadingRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills acrosscross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and makedata-driven decisions
