Be part of the Manufacturing Technology & Innovation team located at the Vietnam Manufacturing site. In this role, you will drive the development and industrialization of additive manufacturing technologies, helping transform innovative concepts into scalable production solutions for Swarovski's global jewelry manufacturing network. By working closely with global engineering, production, quality, and innovation teams, you will optimize 3D printing processes, lead technology implementation projects, and contribute to advancing the next generation of manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and optimize additive manufacturing technologies and processes for jewelry production.
- Operate and improve resin/wax 3D printing systems to achieve high standards of quality, precision, and efficiency.
- Define, validate, and standardize process parameters to ensure robust and scalable manufacturing performance.
- Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles, CAD/CAM tools, and digital workflows to optimize printability and production readiness.
- Lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation of new technologies and manufacturing solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in additive manufacturing, process engineering, manufacturing development, or related technical functions.
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies, process optimization, troubleshooting, and industrialization.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, DfAM principles, process validation, and quality methodologies.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with a structured and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
