Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.Assist HCD M/SM in providing secretarial and administrative supports in running of the department, planning and preparing high quality training courses (schedule, targets, number of runs, instructor files, slides, handouts, eLearning) to have a smooth training and also adequate level in monitoring and reporting the progress and overall results.
- Good language skills in both Indonesian and English
- Good computer skills (MS Office of Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with adequate supervision
- Ability to prioritise work and have good project management
- Ability to meet the deadline
- Have a high attention to details
