Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with extensive experience in SAP, The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in managing testing processes and teams. The Test Manager will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across various projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 
-Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processesfor SAP 

- Experience in SAP activatemethodology. 

- Proven experience in managing SIT/UAT Cycles in medium-big scaled project. 

- Awareness of other enterprise application is a big plus (oracle, MS Dynamics,Saleforce) 

-Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed. 

- Set test strategy and plan. 

- Set/review UAT strategy. 

-Very good communication and reporting skills 
-Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define testobjectives. 
-Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve 
efficiency. 
-Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on potential impact and criticality. 
Monitorand report on testing progress, including defect tracking and resolution. 
-Collaborate with development teams toidentifyand resolve issuesin a timely manner. 
-Stayup to datewith industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software 
testing. 
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and practices. 


Qualifications: 
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
-Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. 
-communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with 
cross-functional teams. 
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
-ISTQB certification is a plus.
