Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver high-quality customer support across the organization.
- Proactively troubleshoot complex issues and escalate as needed for timely resolution. Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to manage competing priorities.
- Partner with project managers and business analysts to support evolving business objectives
- Minimum 5 to 8 years
- Experience managing queues, resolving customer issues and requests via ServiceNow, email, and on-call pager alerts, and completing daily tasks within a 24-hour window.
- Strong security mindset for all requests and incidents.
- Ability to track and monitor customer requests for timely resolution.
- Accountability for assigned requests and projects.
- Sound judgment and participation in technical discussions and team meetings.
- Self-reliant and effective in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in UNIX, Active Directory, identity lifecycle tools, Azure Entra ID, advanced Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and (bonus) PowerShell.
- Exposure to account and group lifecycle management (joiner, leaver, mover processes).
- Experience with provisioning tools (OIM, Saviynt, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and PAM administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of security domains related to Identity Access Management.
- Excellent customer service and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and professionally in a dynamic IT environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
- Team-oriented and self-reliant.
- Absolute problem-solving mindset.
- PowerShell skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
- Relevant computer certifications are desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of Identity and Access support experience
