Identity & Access Management - Manager

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Authentication Security initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage projects involvingSingle Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Cybersecurity platforms.

The Project Manager will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application Development, Business, and Vendor teams to ensure successful planning, execution, migration, deployment, and operational transition of security programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and Authentication projects from initiation through implementation and operational handover.
• Manage deployments and migrations involving:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Access Certification and User Lifecycle Management
• Gather business, security, and technical requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Track project dependencies, milestones, action items, and overall program health.
• Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Business teams.
• Drive governance activities including executive reporting, steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk reviews.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support change management, communication planning, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Track project KPIs, resource utilization, budget adherence, and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure smooth transition to support and operations teams post implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience delivering IAM, Cybersecurity, Authentication, or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and frameworks.
• Proven experience managing enterprise security implementations and migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
