Role: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technical Expert – AI Security.
Location: Remote.
Role: IAM / AI Security Technical Expert
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IAM technical expert with strong knowledge ofidentity security in AI environments, including Non-Human Identity (NHI), AI workloads, and security monitoring integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintainNon-Human Identity (NHI) playbooks for AI workloads.
Provide IAM technical expertise acrossAI/ML environments and applications.
Support integration ofsecurity monitoring and identity controls across AI workloads.
Define IAM standards, controls, and best practices for AI-driven environments.
Collaborate with the Associate Director and security engineering teams on IAM initiatives.
Assess identity risks related toAI agents, service accounts, APIs, and machine identities.
Support automation, governance, and lifecycle management of non-human identities.

Required Skills:

StrongIdentity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
Experience withNon-Human Identity / Machine Identity concepts.
Understanding ofAI/ML security and AI workloads.
Experience with IAM tools, security monitoring, and integration.
Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, RBAC, and identity governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred: Experience withAI agents, cloud IAM, PAM, CI/CD security, API security, and identity monitoring.
